On lintel of screen – TO THE SWEET MEMORY OF WILFRED SAXBY BARHAM CAPTAIN THE BUFFS WHO DIED 10TH OCT. 1915 / OF WOUNDS RECEIVED IN ACTION ON THE PREVIOUS DAY + INTERRED AT POPARINGHE
The screen is on the west side of the Barham private chapel in the south transept. The Barham private pews are above the chapel. The cross is erected on top of the screen facing the nave.
